Insurance

We do not file for insurance reimbursement. This allows us to offer professional counseling at a dramatically reduced rate. Given today's high deductibles and co-pays, most of our clients find our service more affordable than comparable services that accept insurances (and fold the high cost of filing into their fee structure.)

Upon request, we can provide the diagnostic and coding information clients need to file their own health insurance claims. For more information, call the 800 number on the back of your health insurance card and ask about self-filing options for out-of-network providers. 

Fees

Our ministry orientation, debt-free operation, and low overhead allow us to charge much less than comparable counseling services in the Indianapolis area. A one-hour session is $80, and two-hour sessions are $150. Often, clients prefer a two-hour session to maximize effectiveness, reduce travel time, and minimize scheduling problems.

For those who attend churches that have a Membership Assistance Program (MAP) with us, the cost can be significantly lower. See the MAP section below for more information.

Length of Treatment

We use brief, solution-focused methods known to maximize effectiveness and minimize the number of hours spent in therapy. Even so, we know counseling can be time-intensive and expensive. While we do not limit the number of sessions a client chooses to schedule, and some require more time than others, most use 5 sessions and report significant progress in that time.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, and Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.

MAP

The Membership Assistance Program (MAP) helps make counseling affordable. It also frees pastors and volunteer leaders to do their work effectively.
